2022: Er. Dr. Tan Yoke Lin of Octis Technology Pte. Ltd. advised as an expert in electrical engineering in an SIAC arbitration concerning breaches of a contract in a mission-critical facility.

2021: Er. Dr. Tan Yoke Lin of Octis Technology Pte. Ltd. advised as an electrical defects expert in an SIAC arbitration concerning breaches of a contract in a mixed development project.

2019: In "Metech International Limited v DBS Trustee Limited (as Trustee of Mapletree Singapore Industrial Trust)", Er. Dr. Tan Yoke Lin of Octis Technology Pte. Ltd. was engaged to give an expert opinion on the cause and spread of fire in an incineration system.

2018: Er. Dr. Tan Yoke Lin of Octis Technology Pte. Ltd. advised and testified as an expert witness in an SIAC arbitration concerning breaches of a contract for the supply, design, installation, testing and commissioning of electric overhead travelling cranes; conducted design review and failure analyses of the structures, mechanical and electrical systems as well as safety-related control functions of the said cranes.

2017: In "ANS Development Sdn. Bhd. v Tenaga Nasional Berhad", Er. Dr. Tan Yoke Lin of Octis Technology Pte. Ltd. was engaged to give an expert opinion on the cause of fire in a poultry farm.

2016: In "Hi Power Pte. Ltd. v ABB Pte. Ltd.", Er. Dr. Tan Yoke Lin of Octis Technology Pte. Ltd. was engaged to give an expert opinion on the cause of voltage rise in a 400-kV Substation.

2015: In "Projek Lebuhraya Usahasama Berhad v Tenaga Nasional Berhad", Er. Dr. Tan Yoke Lin of Octis Technology Pte. Ltd. was engaged to give an expert opinion on the origin and cause of fire in a 132-kV cable tunnel under the Penang Bridge. Dr Tan attended the High Court in Kuala Lumpur as an expert witness.

Ltd. was engaged to give an expert opinion on the cause of failure of overhead travelling cranes. Dr Tan attended the High Court in Singapore as an expert witness.

2010: In "Malaysia Steel Works v Sun Alliance", Er. Dr. Tan Yoke Lin of Octis Technology Pte. Ltd. was engaged to give an expert opinion on the cause of failure of a three-winding 80-MVA 132/33/11 kV oil-immersed transformer in steel plant. Dr Tan attended the High Court in Kuala Lumpur as an expert witness.
